Confirming Appointments
Recently I have been experiencing problems with people who are making pre bookings via email address and phone, so I have decided to write a little bit of information regarding confirming appointments on here.
Confirming the appointment before 10am is extremely important, as this is when I can answer the phone, confirming any later than this means the appointment will be lost.
This still goes if you have sent me dozens of emails regarding the appointment. I cannot stress enough how important it is to confirm via the right time. If you have been before you still need to confirm, turning up without confirming is not appropriate.
Please do not confirm via text, as I need to speak to you via telephone to tell you the address details for the incall apartment. You cannot confirm or make an appointment via a withheld number or text. I will also not accept appointments from just landlines or phone boxes; I need a mobile contact number.
If you cannot confirm before ten am the appointment will not be taken in the first place. These rules need to be followed to make my day smoother and organised. Please note I will not send my working apartments address in a text message or an email, it’s by telephone call only.
Each week clients are disappointed due to not following the rules of confirming at the right time, this is not my fault, rules are there so the day is organised. I cannot answer the phone if I am in an appointment; this is why I cannot stress this enough.
