Confirming appointments

Recently I have been expierencing problems with people who are making appointments made via email address, and also pre bookings , so I have decided to write a little bit of information regarding confirming appointments on here. Confirming the appointment before 10am is extremely important as this is when I can answer the phone, confirming any later or not at all the appointment is lost. This still goes if you have sent me dozens of emails regarding the appointment. I cannot stress enough how important it is to confirm via the right time. If you have been before you still need to confirm, turning up without confirming is not acceptable.

Confirming via texts is not acceptable, I need to speak to you via telephone to tell you address details for the incall appartment. You cannot confirm or make an appointment via a witheld number or text. II will also not accept appointments from just landlines or phone boxes, I need a contact mobile number.

If you cannot confirm before ten am the appointment will not be taken in the first place. These rules need to be followed to make my day smoother and organised. Please note I will not text my working appartments address in a text message or an email, its by telephone call only.

Each week clients are dissapointed due to not following the rules of confirming at the right time, this is not my fault, rules are there so the day is organised.
